Event production in Little Rock & across Arkansas

Sound, video, lighting and staging from one local crew that owns its gear — so your conference, concert or gala runs the way you planned it.

What we do

Everything your stage needs, from one AV company

Hire one team for audio, video, lighting and staging instead of juggling four vendors. We deliver it, set it up, run the show and load out.

Line arrays for festivals, portable speakers for meetings, wireless mics and an engineer at the console.

Multi-camera recording, live streaming, LED walls, projectors and video conferencing for remote presenters.

Uplighting, moving heads, stage wash and haze — programmed and run live by a lighting tech.

Portable and modular stages with stairs, skirting, truss and power for indoor and outdoor events.

Events we produce

Conferences, galas, award nights, product launches and groundbreakings that need to look sharp and run on time.

Stages, line arrays and lighting rigs for outdoor concerts, music festivals and live performances.

Services, graduations, fundraisers and community events — sized to your room and your budget.

Why CWP

When the sound company, the lighting company and the stage company are all the same people, problems get solved instead of passed around.

We own the gear
Our audio, video, lighting and staging is in-house — not sub-rented — so we know what's on the truck.
Same crew, load-in to load-out
The people who set up your show are the people who run it and tear it down.
A plan before the truck rolls
We learn your venue, audience and run of show first, then quote what the event actually needs.
Local to Little Rock
Based on Shackleford Road and working events across Arkansas and the South since 2010.
